The goal of the therapists at Total Kneads is to provide quality care through effective treatments emphasizing the individuals specific needs. We presently have four treatment rooms and eight therapists. We are available for appointments 6 days and 6 evenings a week. All of our therapists hold current First Aid and CPR training and are registered with our local association, MTANS (Massage Therapists Association of Nova Scotia). We are eager to further our education and therefore participate in several Massage Therapy courses over the years so we can continually benefit our clients.

Massage Therapy Fee Schedule

**There will be a $45.00 fee charged for “No Show” for your scheduled appt**.

Chiropractic Fee Schedule

**There will be a $40.00 fee charged for visits cancelled less than 24hrs in advance**

Acupuncture Fee Schedule

**Appointments cancelled less than 24hrs in advance, or failure to show for your appointment without notification, you will be billed for 50% of the value of this service.**

Cancellation Policy


Please note that a cancellation policy is in effect and you must call to cancell your appointment. We require 24 hours notice for cancellation of any massage therapy appointment. For late cancellations and/or missed appointments you may be charged full price. These appointments can not be billed to your insurance company.

Last Minute Club


Be on our last minute cancellation list. We will call you to fill in a spot that has been cancelled last minute. Just call us (422-0254) to have your name added and leave your number and whether you are looking for a specific day or therapist.

Gift Certificates


Total Kneads Massage Therapy is happy to have Gift Certificates available to you should you wish to treat that someone special in your life. They can be for any session length from 30 minutes to 90 minutes.
